Tackling Anxiety Together

Many of us have found the last two years tough on our mental health. But we can help each other.

The Tackling Anxiety Together course gives you a chance to join others with similar experiences, to talk through the issues and support each other.

How it works

The online course runs across six sessions and covers topics including:

  • Understanding anxiety
  • Challenging habitual negative thought patterns
  • Helping our well-being

Each week you have the chance to discuss your thoughts and feelings with a small group. There’s no pressure to share and no charge.

Fee: £10 for refreshments and course materials

Next course: 9 May to 20 June from 7.30pm – 9.15pm.
